The ideal candidate holds an active U.S. Customs Broker License with extensive brokerage experience and the ability to balance leadership with direct entry processing.

Qualifications

• Active U.S. Customs Broker License is required.
• Extensive U.S. Customs Brokerage experience.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. import regulations and compliance.
• Experience supervising Entry Writers or import staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Customs Brokerage operations to ensure accurate, timely entries.
• Review entries and documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Guide Entry Writers on classification, documentation, and U.S. Customs rules.
• Prepare and file Customs entries when needed.
• Monitor and resolve rejections, RFIs, holds, and other compliance matters.
• Coordinate workloads and maintain team productivity.
• Develop and improve SOPs for import operations.
• Communicate regulatory updates to the team.
• Support training and development of staff.
