Jobot is seeking a licensed Import Manager to lead import operations, ensure CBP compliance, and manage a team of import professionals in Moonachie, NJ. This on-site role offers a permanent position with competitive benefits.

The ideal candidate will hold an active Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) certification, 5+ years in import management within manufacturing, and proven leadership, communication, and analytical skills to drive efficient, compliant workflows and coordinate with freight

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in import management within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of CBP regulations.
• Experience with FDA, USDA, EPA compliance.
• Proven freight forwarding and broker management experience.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient with import-related software and systems.
• Ability to manage audits and implement strategies.
• Strong integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Oversee import processes in CBP-compliant manner.
• Ensure adherence to CBP and agency requirements.
• Manage relationships with freight forwarders and brokers.
