Zusammenfassung

MySpectrum Counseling & Coaching is expanding its clinician team to serve diverse communities across the state, offering flexible telehealth and in-person opportunities where available. We seek licensed therapists who bring cultural humility and experience supporting Black and African American individuals, couples, and families, as well as other underserved communities.

Clinicians are W-2 employees with operational support while maintaining clinical independence.

Qualifikationen

• Active, unrestricted behavioral health license required.
• Compassionate, evidence-based care.
• Understanding how culture and lived experience influence mental health.
• Experience serving culturally diverse populations.
• Desire to reduce barriers to high-quality behavioral healthcare.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy via telehealth.
• Complete timely clinical documentation.
• Develop and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate care as clinically appropriate.
• Maintain licensure and professional requirements.
