Job summary

Rite of Passage seeks a Licensed Therapist for Fort Myers Academy in Fort Myers, FL. The role involves developing and overseeing individualized and group therapy plans for youth within a Florida DJJ-contracted program.

You will supervise staff, ensure quality documentation, and maintain compliance with regulations while supporting healing and recovery for students facing mental health challenges.

Qualifications

• MA, MS or MSW degree is required.
• Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC is required.
• Prior case management experience with juveniles is required.
• CAC II or CAC III preferred for substance abuse education/treatment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee case plans and treatment programs for students.
• Provide individual, group, family, and case management services.
• Supervise group living staff and ensure proper student support.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
