Job summary

EMPACT-SPC is seeking a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to adults and families from diverse backgrounds. You will conduct assessment, diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and maintain client records; engage in supervision and collaborative care with a clinical team; work in a nonprofit, mission-driven environment in Phoenix, AZ.

Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and licensure or eligibility within 6 months are required; valid AZ driver license and transportation access are

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
• Associate licensure is required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Knowledge/experience with Maricopa County RBHA preferred.
• Must have computer and typing skills; Outlook, Excel, Word and Next Gen preferred.
• AZ Driver's License with no major infractions; reliable transportation needed.
• Staff must be at least 21 years old; minimum high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group and family counseling to adults and families.
• Deliver therapy with at least 40 hours per week with a goal of 30 hours of therapy services.
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation for billable and non-billable services.
• Ensure quality service delivery and comply with agency policies and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in supervision and collaborate with the clinical team and staff.
