La Frontera Arizona, through EMPACT-SPC in Phoenix, seeks a Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient counseling to adults and families, including individual, group, and family therapy. The role emphasizes assessment, diagnosis, and documentation, with collaboration across clinical teams.

Formación

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work is required.
• Associate licensure required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with no major infractions in past 39 months.
• Regular access to reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 21 years of age at time of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide outpatient individual, group and family counseling to adults and their families.
• Maintain complete, timely, thorough clinical documentation of all services.
• Coordinate communication with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in regular supervision and utilize feedback constructively.
• Interact with clinical, support, and administrative staff to improve service delivery.
