EMPACT- Suicide Prevention Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a part-time Substance Abuse Therapist to provide psychotherapy for adults and families. You will facilitate IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups and may include individual or family therapy as needed, using our structured curriculum.

The ideal candidate has a Master’s in MFT, Counseling, or Social Work, licensure preferred, and experience with substance abuse treatment. Evening hours may be required; bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, or social work required.
• AzBBHE Licensure is preferred.
• Experience working with substance abuse issues and facilitating groups preferred.
• Must be organized and reliable, trauma-informed, and able to individualize treatment.
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication and strong customer service skills.
• Fingerprint clearance card or eligible to obtain one.
• Valid AZ driver's license with no major infractions in past three years.
• Plus: Bi-lingual (Spanish).
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychotherapy for assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adults and their families.
• Facilitate IOP, SOP, and Aftercare groups using the agency curriculum.
• Include individual and/or family therapy as needed.
• Utilize community resources and referrals to enhance and expand treatment.
• Work some evenings as required.
