Job summary

EMPACT-SPC, part of La Frontera Arizona, is seeking therapists in Apache Junction to deliver direct clinical services including individual, family, and group therapy for youth, families, and adults.

Responsibilities include intake, risk assessments, treatment planning, progress notes, and inter-agency reporting; 40-hour weeks with potential evenings/weekends. Requires a Master’s in a related field and AZ driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in a relevant field.
• Licensure preferred but not required: must be eligible for licensure.
• Must possess Fingerprint clearance or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have a valid AZ driver’s license with clean record.
• Bi-lingual Spanish required or beneficial; diverse client base.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy for children, youth, and adults.
• Perform clinical liaison duties for assigned clients and ensure quality service delivery.
• Maintain client records per agency policies: intake, risk assessments, diagnosis, service planning, progress notes, discharge planning.
