EMPACT-SPC/La Frontera Arizona seeks an Entry Level Licensed Therapist to provide outpatient therapy to adults and families in Phoenix, AZ. The role requires a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work and an Associate license or the ability to obtain it within six months.

You will document care, deliver therapy, participate in supervision, and collaborate across departments to maintain continuity of care. Travel and training duties may apply.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling or Social Work required.
• Associate level licensure required or obtainable within 6 months.
• Valid AZ driver’s license with no major infractions in past 39 months.
• Regular access to reliable transportation.
• Staff must be at least 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient individual, group and family counseling to SMI clients and families.
• Maintain complete, timely clinical documentation of all services rendered.
• Deliver at least 30 hours of therapy per week.
• Participate in supervision and collaborate with clinical and administrative staff.
• Coordinate communication with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide instruction and training for interns and coworkers.
• Develop relationships with state, community, and contracting organizations.
• Participate in fundraising activities as requested.
