• Active licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).

• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Clinical assessment and individual/group therapy.
• Interdisciplinary treatment planning and case conferencing.
• Discharge and safety planning.
• Documentation and charting in electronic records.
• Treatment planning, progress notes and outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.

Thousand Branches Wellness-Therapist- IOP- Adolescent Population

Thousand Branches Wellness provides outpatient mental health treatment for adolescents and adults that supports meaningful progress without requiring a pause from everyday life. Our services are ideal for individuals who want high-quality care while continuing to fulfill responsibilities at work, home, school or in the community. Outpatient treatment can provide the structure, consistency and flexibility needed to build momentum over time. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and implementation
• Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family)
• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning
• Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration
• Thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Schedule

• Monday- Friday 11am-8pm
• Working with Adolescent population
• Start up program
• Marketing events
• Group hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4:30p-7:30p
