Universal Health Services, Inc. (UHS) subsidiary Thousand Branches Wellness seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead an IOP mental health clinic startup in The Woodlands, TX.

The role emphasizes assessment, development, implementation and daily oversight of outpatient services under guidance from UHS Corporate Outpatient Department. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s degree, a TX clinical license (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC) and 5–8 years of behavioral health leadership.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher required.
• Active TX clinical license (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC or equivalent).
• Able to provide clinical supervision.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and oversight of all Employees.
• Monitor and manage client satisfaction through standardized measures.
• Clinical oversight, support, and supervision.
• Curriculum and Service Line Development.
• Group Facilitation and Observation to ensure curriculum integrity is maintained.
• Referral Management, Assessments, group facilitation and direct individual client contact.
• Performance Improvement and Risk Monitoring.
• Data Analysis for trend identification and ongoing program development.
• Fiscal Responsibilities and Corporate deadlines.
• Census Management.
• Utilization Review.
• FTE and Expense Management.
• Oversight of physical space.

Under the guidance of UHS Corporate Outpatient Department this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.
