Thousand Branches Wellness, a startup-style outpatient clinic affiliated with Universal Health Services, seeks an experienced therapist to serve adolescents and adults in Houston, TX. The role combines day-to-day clinical operations with flexible delivery in person and virtual care.

You will conduct assessments, group and individual therapy, and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning within a supportive team. licensure and strong documentation are required.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning

Thousand Branches Wellness provides outpatient mental health treatment for adolescents and adults that supports meaningful progress without requiring a pause from everyday life. Our services are ideal for individuals who want high-quality care while continuing to fulfill responsibilities at work, home, school or in the community. Outpatient treatment can provide the structure, consistency and flexibility needed to build momentum over time. This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.

• Monday- Friday 11am-8pm
• Working with Adolescent population
• Start up program

• Group hours: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 4:30p-7:30p
