Job summary

Thousand Branches Wellness in Oklahoma City, OK, seeks an experienced therapist to oversee day-to-day clinical operations at the outpatient site. Responsibilities include clinical assessment, individual/group/family therapy, and interdisciplinary treatment planning, with in-person and virtual services available.

The role requires a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field and active unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC).

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent)
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care)
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Curriculum development and implementation
• Referral management, assessments and direct client contact (individual, group and family)
• Implement and manage systems to ensure effective communication with clients, families, referral sources and other relevant entities
• Treatment, discharge and safety planning
• Active participation in clinic consultation, supervision and collaboration
• Thorough and timely clinical documentation
• Other duties as assigned

Education

This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.
