Job summary

Thousand Branches Wellness, an outpatient mental health clinic operating in The Woodlands, TX, seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead the new location under UHS.

You will oversee daily operations, supervise staff, develop curricula, manage referrals, and ensure clinical and budgetary standards are met.

This role offers growth within Universal Health Services and its nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree or higher required.
• Active TX Clinical License (LCSW, LMFT or LPCC or equivalent).
• Ability to provide clinical supervision.
• 5–8 years of behavioral health leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of outpatient program.
• Manage all employees and oversight of staff.
• Monitor client satisfaction using standardized measures.
• Provide clinical supervision and support.
• Develop curriculum and service lines for programs.
• Facilitate groups and ensure curriculum integrity.
• Manage referrals, assessments, and client contact.
• Analyze data for trends and program development.
• Oversee fiscal responsibilities and deadlines.
• Census management and utilization review.
• Manage FTE and expenses; oversee space.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to assessment, development, implementation, and management of outpatient services. Under the guidance of UHS Corporate Outpatient Department this position will be accountable for overseeing, supervising, and monitoring daily operations ensuring clinical and budgetary expectations are met.
