Job summary

Thousand Branches Wellness in Oklahoma City, OK, seeks an experienced therapist to lead outpatient IOP services for adolescents and adults. The role includes clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning, with both in-person and virtual options.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care).
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

This clinical position is responsible for day-to-day clinical operations of the assigned location. Responsibilities include but are not limited to clinical assessment, group therapy, individual therapy, interdisciplinary treatment planning and other clinical interventions as deemed necessary. Clinical operations will be offered both in person and virtually.
