Universal Health Services is seeking a PRN Therapist in Jacksonville, FL to provide assessments, individual and group therapy, and discharge planning within River Point Behavioral Health, a subsidiary of UHS.

Requirements include an active Florida license (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) and a Master’s degree in a related field. The role involves documentation, coordination of care, and ongoing professional development within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.
• Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, OR LMFT.

Responsabilités

• Obtaining assessments
