Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. in Florida is seeking an Outpatient Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary treatment team, conducting assessments and providing individual and group therapy.

The role also includes discharge planning and coordinating community resources. Applicants must hold a Master’s degree in a relevant field and be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, or psychology.
• Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain assessments and conduct individual and group therapy.
• Complete documentation in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Coordinate discharge planning and community resource information.
• Assist in marketing functions as assigned and maintain program environment for safety and security.
• Maintain good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care.
• Participate in continuing education activities.
