Responsibilities

• Obtain assessments and conduct individual/group therapy on assigned cases.

• Coordinate cases and discharge planning.
• Develop and maintain community resource information.
• Perform marketing functions as assigned.
• Maintain program environment in compliance with safety and security policies.
• Support continuing education activities and ensure good clinical judgment.
