Job summary

River Point Behavioral Health in Jacksonville, Florida, seeks a PRN Outpatient Licensed Therapist to join a multidisciplinary team providing assessments and individual/group therapy. The role requires completing documentation, coordinating discharge planning, and maintaining community resources while upholding safety and clinical standards.

The candidate should hold a Master’s degree and a valid LCSW/LMHC/LMFT license, with 1–3 years of related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree from an accredited university in social work, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, psychology or related field.
• Must be licensed as LCSW, LMHC, OR LMFT.
• 1–3 years of related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain assessments and conduct individual and group therapy on assigned cases.
• Complete documentation per policy and procedure.
• Coordinate case management and discharge planning.
• Assist in developing and maintaining community resource information.
• Perform marketing functions as assigned.
• Maintain the program environment in compliance with safety and security policies.
• Exercise good clinical judgment to ensure optimum patient care; participate in continuing education.
