STRENGTH OF MIND is seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and clinically skilled licensed mental health professional to provide counseling and psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and/or groups. The role focuses on ethical, evidence-based care to support clients navigating emotional and behavioral challenges and overall well-being.

Qualificações

• Must hold current, active licensure in good standing (LPC, LCSW, or PhD-level clinician) and have demonstrated mental health counseling or psychotherapy experience.
• Strong skills in clinical assessment, treatment planning, intervention, and maintaining confidential records.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain effective therapeutic relationships with diverse clients and uphold confidentiality standards.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy using evidence-based approaches tailored to client needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely, confidential clinical documentation.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with other care providers and referral sources to coordinate care.
• Assess risk and respond to safety concerns, crisis intervention, and mandated reporting.
