LGTC Group seeks a Licensed Psychotherapist (Outpatient) to provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy in a primarily in-person setting. You will work with clients facing various mental health concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions.

The ideal candidate is independently licensed, clinically strong, and collaborative within a multidisciplinary outpatient team. Join a compassionate practice dedicated to evidence-based care and client-centered outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Active, unrestricted license in California (e.g., LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, PsyD, PhD).
• Clinical experience providing therapy to diverse populations across age groups.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Aufgaben

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or child therapy based on clinical expertise and client needs.
• Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate.
• Provide psychoeducation to support client insight and growth.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and clinical collaboration.
• Coordinate care with other mental health providers as needed.
• Engage in ongoing continuing education and professional development.
