New Directions Mental Health is seeking Licensed Therapists to empower clients in behavioral health. You will conduct culturally sensitive assessments and provide outpatient individual and family therapy, while collaborating with a clinical team to support licensure progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or licensing track in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or related field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Able to manage time and complete documentation efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for new clients and families.
• Provide outpatient individual and family therapy.
• Develop crisis, safety, relapse, and wellness plans.
