Position Overview

The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a client-centered approach to care. You will work with a diverse caseload and collaborate with interdisciplinary partners to support holistic, ethical, and effective treatment planning.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, couples, family, or group therapy based on client needs and licensure scope.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment approaches as clinically appropriate.
  • Collaborate with other providers, case managers, and support staff to coordinate care.
  • Complete risk assessments and respond appropriately to safety concerns.
  • Maintain ethical, professional, and culturally responsive practice at all times.
  • Participate in supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development as required.
Qualifications
  • Current and active licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT, as applicable to the position.
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
  • Experience providing clinical mental health services in an outpatient, community, private practice, or similar setting.
  • Strong assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and therapeutic intervention skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effective collaboration with a team.
  • Familiarity with clinical documentation, confidentiality standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
  • Commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care.
