Job summary

Access Medspa Rejuvenate is seeking a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) to join our clinical team in a remote capacity. You will conduct assessments and deliver evidence-based therapy to individuals and families, with HIPAA-compliant documentation.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Counseling, Social Work, or Psychology, an active Maryland license, and 1–3 years of post-licensure experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Active and unrestricted LPC or LICSW license in Maryland.
• 1–3 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapies.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers.
• Participate in supervision, case reviews, and staff meetings.
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
• Assist clients in accessing community resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and diagnostic evaluations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual, group, and/or family therapy using evidence-based modalities
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA and agency standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists, case managers, and primary care providers
• Participate in case reviews, clinical supervision, and staff meetings
• Provide crisis intervention and safety planning as needed
• Support clients in accessing community resources and services
• Stay current on best practices, licensure requirements, and continuing education

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
• Active and unrestricted license as an LPC or LICSW in the state of [Insert State]
