AllHealth Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join the Forensic Assertive Community Treatment program in Littleton, CO. The role focuses on providing trauma‑informed, evidence‑based therapy for justice‑involved individuals and coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure continuity of care.

Requirements include a Master’s degree and licensure or eligibility (LAC/LMFT/LPC/LCSW), with at least two years of relevant post‑graduate experience in behavioral health or criminal justice

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• Licensed or license-eligible (LAC, LMFT, LPC, or LCSW).
• Minimum of two years post-graduate clinical experience in behavioral health, substance use, or criminal justice settings.
• Knowledge of DSM‑5, recovery‑oriented care, and trauma‑informed treatments.
• Experience with assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma‑informed, evidence‑based treatment to justice‑involved clients.
• Deliver psychotherapy and documentation to meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• De‑escalate in high‑stress situations and manage crises.
• Utilize evidence‑based models (CBT, DBT, MI, ACT) in treatment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EHR in a timely manner.
