Job summary

WellPower seeks a Program Manager to supervise a multidisciplinary team and oversee trauma-informed behavioral health services. The role blends clinical leadership with administrative responsibilities, including staff development, compliance, and budget oversight.

The position supports court-facing teams and community initiatives in the Greater Denver area. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a related field and an active Colorado license, with at least 4 years of clinical experience and 2

Qualifications

  • Master's degree required.
  • Active Colorado LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC or Psychologist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clinical and administrative supervision to multidisciplinary staff, ensuring efficient operations and delivery of trauma-informed care.
  • Hold staff accountable for service hour targets, performance metrics, and accurate documentation and billing.
  • Support staff development through training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
  • Conduct timely evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and address disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure clinical documentation and case management meet standards and regulations.
  • Audit and revise workflows to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate daily operations, scheduling, and service delivery to meet community needs.
  • Partner with leadership to set and monitor goals aligning with priorities.
  • Lead program design and service delivery innovations to strengthen offerings.
  • Monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvements.
  • Foster accountability, morale, and engagement across the team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners for coordinated care.
  • Oversee budget management and financial forecasting; ensure alignment with targets.
