Job summary

Clinica in Longmont, CO is seeking an ACT Therapist (Licensed or Licensed Eligible) to join a dedicated Assertive Community Treatment team. The role focuses on adults with serious mental health challenges, providing psychotherapy and brief intervention within a small caseload and coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Masters in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or related field.
• 1+ year internship and 1+ year clinical experience preferred.
• Licensure in LCSW or LPC required or to be acquired within 24 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy and brief intervention for ACT clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external providers to support client recovery.
• Participate in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
