Job summary

Health Connect America is seeking a Georgia-licensed clinician to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. The role involves outreach, crisis response, and ensuring compliance with standards to deliver comprehensive mental health care.

We emphasize trauma-informed, client-centered care across home, community, and office settings, with a focus on youth, families, and adults in need of services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Must hold a current professional license in the state of Georgia as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience working with youth or families (Georgia IFI Services).

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs and appropriate interventions.
• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals, families, and the treatment team.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Implement therapeutic techniques to address various mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral disorders.
• Engage in community outreach to promote mental health services and attract new clients.
