You will lead assessments, develop treatment plans, oversee care quality, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to improve client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Must hold a current Georgia professional license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• Clinical autonomy with supervision responsibilities may apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop goal-oriented treatment plans.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
• Deliver crisis intervention with risk assessment and safety planning.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clinical oversight as a licensed provider.
