Health Connect America, Inc. in Georgia is seeking a licensed therapist to join our outpatient team.

The Ga Therapist- Licensed will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy in individual, group, and family sessions, all while maintaining accurate documentation and meeting regulatory standards. This role requires a Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and a current Georgia license (LPC, LMFT, or LCSW).

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Current Georgia license as LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.
• 3+ years of relevant experience with youth or families.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy in individual, group, and family sessions.
• Document client interactions and progress per policy.
• Engage in outreach to attract referrals and promote services.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team for holistic care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety planning.

Educación

Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field

Licensed as GA LPC/LMFT/LCSW
