Lighthouse Care Center of Augusta, a 84-bed facility in Georgia, seeks a Licensed Therapist to join its patient-centered clinical team. The role focuses on comprehensive assessment and coordinated therapeutic strategies for adolescents and adults.

GA licensure (LAPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC) and 3–5 years in mental health are required; you will work within UHS systems to deliver high-quality, cost-effective treatment in compliance with licensing and accreditation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, clinical psychology, social work or related field.
• Georgia licensure required (LAPC, LPC, LMFT, LMHC).
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in mental health required.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of individuals with mental illness, behavioral issues or substance use.
• Coordinate patient-centric therapeutic strategy with the clinical team.
• Refer to community resources and coordinate discharge planning when appropriate.
• Communicate with families/guardians and outpatient aftercare providers.
