Job summary

Real Help, a division of Northeast Family Services, is seeking licensed clinicians in Massachusetts for telehealth therapy work from home. W-2 employment with hourly fee-for-service and flexible scheduling supports clinicians in providing care to children, adults and families.

Roles include conducting assessments, treatment planning, and coordination with families and providers, all with supervision, free CEUs, and licensure assistance to support professional growth.

Qualifications

• Masters level clinician licensed in MA (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC or LMFT).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.
• Comfortable delivering individual, couples, family and group therapy via telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, family, and/or group therapy via telehealth.
• Conduct intake assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that create real change.
• Coordinate care with families, medical providers, and community partners.
• Maintain documentation in our user-friendly EHR system.
• Participate in case consultations and team meetings as needed.
• Provide crisis intervention and therapeutic support when necessary.
