Jobot, a well-established engineering and consulting firm in Florida, seeks a Florida Licensed Professional Surveyor & Mapper to support a growing transportation practice across the state. You will oversee transportation survey projects, provide technical leadership, review deliverables, and ensure FDOT standards compliance.

Qualifications
- Active Florida PSM license is required.
- 0–5+ years post-licensure experience welcomed.
- Experience in transportation/roadway surveying.
- Familiarity with FDOT standards and survey requirements.
- Knowledge of plats, legal descriptions, right-of-way mapping.
Responsibilities
- Lead transportation surveying projects from planning to final deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with FDOT standards and Florida statutes.
- Review and certify survey documents and mapping products.
- Mentor survey technicians and field crews.
- Coordinate with engineers, PMs, and public agencies.
- Support Mobile LiDAR initiatives and geospatial tech.
- Maintain schedules and budgets; uphold quality standards.
- Build strong client relationships through service excellence.
