The candidate will manage teams, ensure schedules, and drive quality control across multi-project pursuits while maintaining strong client relations with FDOT and partners. Prior FDOT experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Florida Professional Surveyor and Mapper license required.
• FDOT pre-qualification 8.1, 8.2, and 8.4 preferred.
• Strong leadership, BD and project management skills expected.

Responsibilities

• Manage surveying and mapping activities for FDOT projects across market area.
• Lead a team of surveyors and mappers; provide coaching and supervision.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and work plans; ensure FDOT standards compliance.
• Develop quality control procedures and conduct data reviews.
