Job summary

W3Global seeks a licensed Professional Surveyor and Mapper in Florida to lead all phases of land surveying, including construction staking, boundary surveys, topographic and ALTA surveys, and as-built surveys.

This full-time, on-site role requires supervising field crews and drafters, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring QA/QC in accordance with state standards. Proficiency with GPS RTK and AutoCAD Civil 3D is expected; ownership options may be possible.

Qualifications

• Florida licensed Professional Surveyor with current credentials.
• Experience across all phases of land surveying including boundary, topo, ALTA and as-built surveys.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency with GPS RTK and AutoCAD Civil 3D.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing field survey crews and drafting personnel.
• Assist with planning, organizing and supervising daily job assignments.
• Manage land surveying consultants including scopes of work, schedules and deliverables.
• Quality control/QA on all surveys/projects.
• Provide internal professional consulting and survey configurations for compliance.
• Adhere to Florida Standards of Practice and applicable regulations.
• Assist in training survey field crews and provide technical expertise.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain project focus.
• Manage multiple projects with strong leadership abilities.
