Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in Chico, CA is seeking a Substance Abuse Counselor (Certified/Licensed) for on-site, full-time work. Shift is M-F from 5am to 1:30 pm, with a focus on comprehensive counseling and recovery support.

Responsibilities include intake assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing counseling for clients with substance use disorders, while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Licensure or certification is required.

Formación

• Counselor with CA license/certification or license-eligible
• Experience with intake, treatment planning and counseling for substance use disorders preferred
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary treatment teams

Responsabilidades

• Provide orientation to new patients on program rules and rights.
• Conduct intakes, discharge planning, initial assessments, and initial treatment plans.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling and refer to community resources as needed
