Qualifications

Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license in Pennsylvania, or ability to obtain licensure via reciprocity within a reasonable timeframe.
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.
Experience with topographic, boundary, construction, utility, control, and ROW surveying methodologies.

Responsibilities

Prepare, review, and oversee delivery of boundary, easement, and plat surveys, ALTA/NSPS, topographic, and ROW work.
Analyze deeds, plats, boundary evidence, parcel records, and ROW docs to determine property boundaries and easements.
Establish/verify survey control networks and manage field data collection using RTK GNSS and total stations.
Perform mathematical survey calculations, coordinate geometry, and control adjustments.
Prepare and finalize legal descriptions and easement documents; act as final QA reviewer on survey deliverables.
Conduct QA/QC reviews of field data, calculations, CAD deliverables, and final products.
Ensure compliance with state regulations, company standards, and industry best practices.
