Qualificações

• 5+ years of progressive surveying experience.
• Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) licensure or Surveyor-In-Training on track for licensure.
• Proficiency with the latest surveying technology, methods, and best practices.
• Project & Business Acumen in managing the full lifecycle of a project, including proposals, budgets, and client relationships.
• Ownership mindset, leading by example, standing behind your work, and elevating those around you.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Leadership: Manage quality assurance and quality control efforts, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and high-quality deliverables across office and field operations.
• Team Development & Mentorship: Support ongoing growth of a high-performing practice through mentoring, training, and interview participation.
• Project Management: Manage day-to-day operations of surveying projects from proposal through completion, including scope, budget, schedule, and financial performance.
• Business Growth & Innovation: Act with an entrepreneurial mindset - identify opportunities, expand client relationship, enhance services, and help to grow the practice.
