Job summary

Equinox is seeking a Licensed Spa Coordinator in Marina Del Rey to ensure memorable guest experiences. You will greet guests, orient them to spa facilities, and deliver exceptional personal service while leading a small team.

The role includes supervising staff, coordinating outreach marketing, and managing daily operations with attention to budgets and amenities. Requires active licenses and strong customer service skills, with growth opportunities within a luxury wellness environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Massage Therapy or Esthetics License.
• 2 years of leading a team into financial success.
• Excellent customer service and friendly/outgoing personality.
• Able to be efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and money handling skills.
• Excellent communication, listening, and computer skills.
• Must be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Interviewing, hiring, and coaching staff Members.
• Outreach marketing for the spa.
• Manage daily operations, including inventory and monitoring of daily goals and budgets.
• Provide orientation tour and explain spa amenities to guests.
• Provide detailed descriptions of spa treatments, packages, services, and hours.
• Promote spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail; run programming promotions.
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized spa environment.
