Qualifications

• Active Texas Property and Casualty insurance license.
• Full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Two or more years of experience in customer-facing insurance roles.
• Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products and coverage.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies with clarity and warmth.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and payments while ensuring complete accuracy.
