DRH Insurance Group in Dallas, TX seeks a Licensed Bilingual Insurance Agent who speaks Spanish and English to deliver exceptional service to policyholders and educate clients on coverage options.

You will process updates, assist licensed agents, handle calls and emails, and contribute to a collaborative office environment while maintaining a client-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License (required).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both verbal and written (required).
• Proven customer service experience, with a preference for experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and standard business software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder questions with professionalism and clarity.
• Educate clients on policies, coverage options, and billing details to ensure understanding.
