Ideal candidates have a Texas Property & Casualty license, 2+ years in customer-facing insurance roles, and a solid grasp of personal lines products.

Formación

• Active Texas Property and Casualty license.
• Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Two or more years of experience in customer-facing insurance roles.
• Solid understanding of personal lines insurance products.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience with agency management systems.

• Respond to client inquiries regarding their policies with clarity and warmth.
• Process endorsements, renewals, and payments while ensuring complete accuracy.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest appropriate updates to better protect our clients.
• Document client conversations thoroughly to ensure everyone stays on the same page.
• Communicate seamlessly with our Spanish-speaking policyholders to bridge language barriers.
• Assist the broader sales team with administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly.
