Ascend Healthcare, a fully remote psychiatric and behavioral health provider, seeks a Licensed Therapist or Counselor (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) to deliver telemedicine services to Arizona patients via our community health center partners. Active AZ license or willingness to obtain one is required, with a primary residence license in good standing.

The role emphasizes evidence-based modalities (CBT, DBT, ACT, trauma therapy) and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence (AZ)
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Willingness to work evening hours

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy via telemedicine to patients enrolled with community health partners.
• Maintain accurate clinical psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Participate in multidisciplinary case planning and supervision.
• Document services and activities per regulatory and clinical best practices.
