Ascend Healthcare is hiring licensed therapists to provide remote counseling and therapy via telemedicine to patients across Arizona. The clinician will treat patients at home while maintaining a strong patient-first focus and coordinating with health center partners.

Requires active AZ license (or eligibility) and willingness to work evenings. The role offers a remote-first environment with competitive benefits and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in AZ or ability to obtain; valid license in state of primary residence and in Arizona.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Willingness to work evening hours
• Patient-first mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy using evidenced-based modalities (CBT, DBT, trauma therapy, etc.).
• Deliver remote telemedicine services to patients through partner centers.
• Review and sign psychosocial assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and consents.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records in the EMR.
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team case planning.
• Provide case management to support recovery and community reintegration.
