Job summary

Ascend Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Therapist or Counselor to provide remote counseling and therapy through telemedicine for patients of Community Health Center partners. The role involves CBT, DBT, and other modalities in individual and group settings to engage patients in their treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and where services are provided.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Willingness to work evening hours

Responsibilities

• Maintain the clinic record and document activities as part of service delivery.
• Ensure documentation complies with best clinical practices, contracts, regulatory and other legal requirements.
• Participate in regular case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure appropriate patient disposition.
• Engage in individual and group supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency.
• Provide case management services to promote recovery and community reintegration.
