Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted mental health license in state of primary residence and state of medical services being provided (Arizona)
• Comfortable working in a remote environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based practices to meet clinical needs.
• Deliver remote telemedicine services to patients through Community Health Center partners throughout Arizona.
• Review and signatures of psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan, and consents as needed; maintain clinic records.
• Document all services and activities in accordance with best clinical practices and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct crisis intervention and participate in case planning with the Multidisciplinary Team.
• Engage in supervision and ongoing education to maintain competency and professional development.
• Provide case management to promote recovery and community reintegration.
