You will work with executive leadership to align automation with business goals, and you will embed AI across internal processes while ensuring governance and security standards.

Qualifications

• Experience building AI automation workflows in a sales-driven environment.
• Ability to design end-to-end AI solutions that integrate with email, CRM, and support platforms.
• Strong collaboration with executives and operational teams to map and optimize processes.
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy regulations (HIPAA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI automation workflows using Claude and related tools.
• Develop systems that connect AI with email, CRM, forms, databases and internal operations.
• Create monitoring and exception-handling workflows to prevent operational failures.
• Train teams and create runbooks to enable adoption across departments.
