Job summary

HonorHealth seeks a Senior AI/ML DevOps Engineer to design, deploy, and support scalable AI/ML solutions across clinical and operational domains. The role emphasizes CI/CD, model governance, and production readiness, collaborating with data engineers, data scientists, and platform teams.

Remote work is available for Arizona-located candidates with occasional on-site as needed, requiring strong cloud-native experience and proficiency in MLOps practices.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive DevOps experience in a Cloud deployment with AI/ML Ops, data engineering, or related software roles.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain scalable AI/ML solutions and pipelines.
• Operationalize models and RAG workflows end-to-end.
• Implement CI/CD, monitoring, alerting, retraining, and rollback strategies.
• Deploy AI/ML apps in cloud environments with secure, reliable, and performant operations.
• Establish observability and cost-efficient compute/resource usage.
• Ensure HIPAA-aligned data governance and privacy practices where applicable.
• Document architectures, models, and procedures; troubleshoot complex pipelines.
• Collaborate with data engineers, scientists, and stakeholders to productionize solutions.
