Job summary

Windermere Real Estate is seeking a motivated, people-focused Broker to join a collaborative team. You will act as a trusted advisor guiding clients through every step of their home buying or selling journey.

Responsibilities include analyzing client needs, pricing strategies, preparing documentation, updating listings, and effective marketing of properties. Ideal candidates hold an active license or are enrolled in real estate school, with proven sales success and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

Licensed real estate agent with active credentials.
Proven sales success in real estate or sales-driven environment.
Personable with excellent interpersonal and client service skills.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities for guiding transactions.
Tech-savvy with basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.

Responsibilities

Assess clients’ needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions.
Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Maintain and regularly update property listings to ensure accurate and current market representation.
Promote and market residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors.
