• Miami-area resident with reliable transportation.
• MLS experience and ability to research comparable sales.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Outstanding communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, resourceful, personable, and calm under pressure.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends.
• Luxury real estate or transaction coordination experience is a plus.
